Monika Mukherjee set out on her exceptional excursion in the haircare business back in 2008-2009 when she joined Wella India Hair cosmetics Pvt Ltd. With a steadfast enthusiasm for training and expertise improvement, she dedicated almost 10 years of her profession as a Technical Educator for Central India, taking care of the necessities of hairstylist & hair dressers in Focal India. Not happy with simply dominating one aspect of the business, Monika tried to grow her viewpoints and further her insight. This drove her to work with Rusk Global as a Education Leader, where she expected a urgent job in forming the abilities and mastery of hairstylist & hair dressers all through Focal India.
After that She joined Silkessence Haircare Brand as National Technical Head, contributing to its growth and ensuring top-quality products. She gladly prepared and coached over 500+ salons across India, furnishing hairstylist & hair dressers with the important abilities and information to convey excellent outcomes to their clients.
Currently, Monika, the National Technical Head at Bond Therapy Brand, remains dedicated to education, conducting seminars and training 1000+ salons for innovative and quality treatments.
